This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for all of Note to Health’s (NTH) live property,, and associated social media channels and e-newsletters owned by NTH.

While using, interacting with, participating in, or visiting any NTH owned site, property or event you may communicate to us or our service providers personal information including but not limited to, your first and last name, email, billing and shipping address, and credit or debit card information. NTH only collects information that you voluntarily provide to us via, including but not limited to: our “contact us” form, when you email us directly, and/or any NTH Promotion (defined below). We are the sole owners of the information collected and do not release, sell, or rent your Personal Information to third parties, vendors, or suppliers.

Personal information that you publish in a public forum on our website via social media may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.

If you disclose to us the personal information of another person of legal age, you must obtain that person’s consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information in accordance with this policy prior to disclosing the information.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 13 years of age. You may “opt-out” of our newsletter by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the promotional e-mail or newsletter you receive or by editing your preference to receive these communications within the “Manage My Email.” Additionally, if your Personal Information changes, you no longer desire to be contacted directly, or you no longer wish to use or access one of NTH’s sites or services, we encourage you to correct, update or remove the Personal Information the next time we email or call you. NTH and its service providers may place, view, and/or use cookies, pixels, beacons, log files or other such technologies. Third party social media services used by NTH for paid advertising may also use one or several of these technologies. NTH does not use any of the information collected via these technologies to identify you or collect your personal information nor does NTH provide any information to third parties. Our service provider may utilize cookies or other such technologies subject to their own privacy policy, which can result in targeted advertisements. You can also decline targeted advertisements on social media platforms by altering your privacy settings.

The links within NTH’s website and the sites NTH may link to in press releases or social media posts may link to websites operated by third parties that we do not control. We do not monitor, control, or endorse the information collection or privacy practices of any third parties. We encourage you to become familiar with the privacy practices of every website you visit and to contact them if you have any questions about their respective privacy policies and practices. This Policy applies solely to information collected by us through NTH sites or services and does not apply to these third party websites.

We take precautions to protect your information. Security of Personal Information is protected by secure server software (SSL) for our email accounts, password protections on shared files and management software, and operating systems to prevent theft. Our credit/debit cards are run though a masked, third party software, Square, Inc., which collects, protects, and secures all raw credit card data. All information collected via credit card and debit card transactions are subject to the privacy policy of Square, Inc.

While we use SSL and masked software to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

If there is a breach of NTH’s data that results in the release of personal information, NTH will notify affected individuals within 7 days of the breach. Credit and Debit Information is handled solely by Square, Inc. and they are responsible for all breach notifications related to credit/debit information.
